The weather was calm, had really good stay. I loved staying in this 5 star hotel. Excellent service and good value. Don't forget to explore Tankah Bay district.
Wi-Fi was bad; disappointing breakfast, a little disappointed.

Exceptionally wonderful staff, first-rate service, good-sized and great-sized room. A lot of supplies in the room: WiFi, coffee and flat-screen television. Abundant selection at breakfast including eggs, hot waffles, yogurt, sausages and cereal. An idyllic beach, wonderful view. Nice indoor pool was available too. Pretty much what I expected: suitable hotel, reasonably priced.

It was an extra special experience in a not expensive hotel. I loved that venue had perfect location and food. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including hot waffles, scrambled eggs, yogurt, pastries and muffins. Spectacular view of lake. I found wireless in the reception.

The rooms were luxurious, the breakfast was outstanding, the staff were happy to help. The staff did all they can for a peaceful stay. Breathtaking view, a beautiful balcony, really comfortable bed, too. Fairly clean place and decent service.

Loved that the hotel was nicely decorated. Our room was regular double and warm enough with comfy beds. Wireless in the reception, convenient. Besides, we parked the car outside.

A UNIQUE hotel, we had a very comfortable stay. The room was big size and extremely functional and the staff was always available. Got a super comfortable bed. Efficient check in and easy check out. The beach was sandy.

Family friendly place, quite clean, authentic rooms and knowledgeable staff. Our room had an extremely comfortable bed and an absolutely gorgeous view. The food was exceptional, with lots of options. The swim-up bar was executive and the drinks were tasty.
Facilities were modern, nevertheless wi-fi connection was slow.

The hotel of choice in Tulum. We liked the facilities and rooms. Breakfast offered lots of excellant meals. The room was good size and included coffee & tea making machines and glassware. Janitorial stuff went beyond just doing their job.
